$3,000 semi-inclusive retreat package includes:

3 or 4 reporters wanting to transition to captioning. * (Realtime certification not mandatory. A basic working knowledge of realtime to client is recommended.)

Group accommodations for 3 or 4 reporters Fri-Sat-Sun nights in Keystone, Colorado

Full breakfast buffet at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday mornings with snacks provided throughout the morning

3 hours of captioning training on both Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (for a total of .6 CEUs)

Bring your machines, laptops, hiking shoes, and swimsuits! Hot tub onsite, and trails and streams are just minutes away!

Lounge at the house and take in the fresh mountain air and scenery from either the deck or the flagstone patio or come and go as you please all afternoon and evening long. Full kitchen available for cooking your own lunches and dinners, if desired! Alcoholic beverages permitted.

If you like to downhill ski, there is skiing in this area in May, just 20 minutes from here!

Not included in the package:

Transportation from and to Denver International Airport to the Keystone area
- (Epic Mountain Express, Peak 1 Express shuttle, or perhaps renting a car at Denver International Airport are reasonable options for the 90-mile scenic drive)
Prepared lunches/dinners (unless prearranged for an additional price)
Afternoon/evening activities (unless prearranged for an additional price)

We ask that one of you book for all three or four of you. In this way, you choose your companions, and you can switch them out at any point.

$1,000 of the fee is nonrefundable, and the full $3,000 is due to secure the weekend of your choice (but can be switched for another weekend, if the date you are wanting to switch to is still available). Feel free to inquire further with any questions.
